Founded in 1986 in Andosilla, in the fertile Ribera Navarra lowlands along the Ebro River, Conservas Artesanas Rosara is a family-run artisan conserver specialising in DOP Lodosa piquillo peppers, IGP Tudela artichokes, and asparagus DOP Navarra. Its seafood range centres on piquillo peppers stuffed with hake, shrimp, lobster, and cod, all prepared from scratch using home recipes with no preservatives, colourings, or starches. Peppers are roasted over beechwood and peeled by hand without water.
