Founded in 1993 in Concepción, Chile, Geomar is Chile's leading producer of gourmet canned shellfish. Products are harvested by divers working wild areas approved and supervised by the Chilean government, picking shellfish by hand at depths of up to ten metres. The company works directly with over 400 local fishermen and their communities on the southern Chilean coast. Exports to more than 20 countries across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
