Otuna

A premium preserved tuna brand from the city of Yaizu in Shizuoka Prefecture, one of Japan's most important tuna fishing and processing centres. Otuna works directly with local Yaizu fishermen and uses a traditional processing technique called Yaizu-style canned tuna, which preserves the natural texture and clean flavour of the fish with water from Suruga Bay incorporated into the process. The brand prioritises provenance and minimal intervention over industrial standardisation.
