Founded in 1992 in Wolsztyn and later relocated to Poznań, Lisner is Poland's market leader in herring products, fish salads, and chilled fish spreads. A subsidiary of the German Müller Group (UTM) since 2010, Lisner acquired Graal's canning operations at the end of 2024, consolidating the largest portfolio of canned and chilled fish brands in Poland. The Poznań plant is the group's Fish Competence Centre.
