Britain's first craft cannery, founded in 2020 by Charlotte Dawe and Angus Cowen in Bridport, West Dorset, during the Covid pandemic. The founders realised no domestic cannery existed despite Britain's long fishing tradition, and set out to build one. Named after their two daughters as a tribute to sisterhood. Specialises in sustainably caught British fish, including Cornish sardines, hake, rainbow trout, and mussels, prepared and canned entirely by hand in small batches.
