A Sicilian producer based in Marzamemi, the fishing village on Sicily's Ionian coast that has been a centre of bluefin tuna processing since at least 1854. Campisi works with species typical of Sicilian waters, including bluefin tuna, amberjack, swordfish, and mackerel, sourced from local fishermen using hook-and-line methods. Fish processed by hand with minimal ingredients to preserve natural flavour and texture.
