Craft canned seafood brand founded in 2014 by chef Charlotte Langley, a Prince Edward Island native, and launched in September 2020. Scout was the first canned seafood brand to source 100% of its product from Canada and the United States, working directly with small-scale sustainable fisheries. Co-founded with Adam Bent and Nate Dunn, Scout produces MSC-certified albacore tuna, PEI mussels, Atlantic lobster, Ontario trout, and salmon. Based in Toronto, Ontario. B-Corp certified and 1% for the Planet member.
