A five-generation shellfish farming family based on the shores of Puget Sound in Washington State, founded in 1890. Taylor Shellfish is one of the largest producers of farmed shellfish in the United States, operating tidelands across Puget Sound, Willapa Bay, and Hood Canal. Produces Pacific oysters, clams, mussels, geoduck, and Olympia oysters. Owns Ekone Oyster Company, acquired in 2017, which handles the tinned seafood line.
