A Cantabrian seafood producer based in Santoña, founded in 1999, working with anchovies and Bonito del Norte from the Cantabrian Sea. Hand-filleted anchovies preserved in olive oil, produced within the dense artisan anchovy tradition that made Santoña one of the most scrutinized fishing towns in Spain.
