Saboreal

The flagship brand of Conserveira do Arade, founded in 2015 on the banks of the Arade river in Parchal, the only artisanal cannery reviving the western Algarve's historic canning tradition. Saboreal means the real flavour of the sea. The cannery sources exclusively from local fishermen and uses fresh Algarve ingredients, from chilli peppers to herbs grown nearby.
