Family-owned mussel and oyster farm on the shores of Great Oyster Bay on Tasmania's East Coast, operated by Julia and Giles Fisher. Tasmania's only mussel farm, with nearly two decades of expertise in cultivating Tasmanian Blue Mussels. The Fishers of Freycinet tinned range, including smoked mussels in oil, won Champion in Seafood at the Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards in 2024. Based at Devil's Corner near Bicheno.
