A Cofaco brand produced on the island of São Miguel in the Azores, drawing from the same Azorean tuna tradition as Tenório and Bom Petisco. Part of the same Ribeira Grande operation that produces more than 50 million cans a year, São Miguel is the label that most directly names the island at the heart of Cofaco's production.
