Founded in 1956 in Parma by Ferruccio Zarotti and Tommaso Tomasello. The company made its mark in 1958 when Zarotti pioneered the glass jar for anchovies, transforming how the product was presented and sold across Europe. Tuna, anchovies, and mackerel, hand-processed entirely in Italy with plants also in Morocco. International presence across France, Germany, Switzerland, and Asia.
